Music Under the Stars 2026

On May 12, 2026 LIHSA music students performed Music Under the Stars – an outdoor music festival at the Nassau BOCES Outdoor Education Center. The audience sat in lawn chairs, enjoying the student talent in this beautiful setting.

Students performed with Music Supervision & Direction by Alex Vietheer. Thank you to Kimberly Larkin for additional vocal support. Thank you to Jerry Nobile and John Vaiano for Technical and Production Support. Thank you to the Town of Oyster Bay for the use of their showmobile. Thank you to Craig Gierlarowki and Nick Saffioti from Nassau BOCES Outdoor Education for coordinating this event and so generously letting LIHSA use their beautiful campus space.
