LIHSA Student Application

Applicants, follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Fill out the form below.

Step 2:
Submit the application digitally by pressing the SUBMIT button after section 5. (LIHSA will then contact your school for required supplemental documents and district approval)

Step 3:
Upon receipt of your application you will be contacted on how to submit your online portfolio or audition.

Note: During the time of school closures, LIHSA has altered its admission practice and has implemented this online application. We will still need district approval before any acceptance is considered finalized.
