Certificate Ceremony 2025
On June 10, 2025, the Long Island High School for the Arts held its Certificate Ceremony at Hofstra University’s Adams Playhouse—a celebration of creativity, talent, and academic achievement.
The program featured Pledge of Allegiance by Student Council President Sadie Koo and the Star-Spangled Banner, led by an ensemble of LIHSA vocalists under the direction of Kimberly Larkin.
Highlights included a student address by Tali Goldwasser and a powerful commencement speech from LIHSA alum Michael Trusnovec, now Co-Director of Dance at the Metropolitan Opera House.
Graduates from diverse programs like 3D Animation, Performing Arts, and Visual Arts walked the stage, each representing a district from across Long Island.
